  • 14 hours total on the wedding day. 12 hours for set up, ceremony, cocktail hour , and reception. 2 hours at the end of the reception to clean up. Day-of timelines are customized. Receptions must end no later than 11:00 pm.
  • Exclusive use of the entire property including all buildings, spaces and outdoor areas.
  • Venue Coordination AND Wedding Coordination for day-of, Jess and Allory Melhorn coordinate every wedding beginning at the time a date is booked until the end of the reception on the wedding day. In addition, there are 3-4 Melhorn Manor staff members assisting on the wedding day.
  • All tables and chairs needed for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are set up by Melhorn Manor Staff.
  • Two completely separate spacious suites for wedding parties to get ready on the wedding day.
  • Climate controlled indoor options for ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions.
  • Yard Games (2 Cole Hole, 1 Ladder Ball, 1 Kan Jam)
  • Fire Pit

Yes, there are 10 local caterers we have partnered with to offer our couples and guests the best experience for your special day. Information for each caterer can be found on our catering page.

No, you may hire your own vendors. We do have a Preferred List of vendors that come highly recommended from which couples to select. If you choose to hire your own vendors, each vendor must provide a certificate of insurance prior to your wedding day in order to perform their services at Melhorn Manor.

Yes, we require all couples to obtain a $1,000,000 "Event Insurance Policy" for the day of the wedding. Each vendor must also have his or her own insurance to work at Melhorn Manor.

Yes! There are 5 hotels all within 5 miles (10 minutes) of Melhorn Manor! There are also many AirBnB's and B&B's very close to our venue as well. Hotels and accommodations are listed on our Preferred Vendor List.

No, Melhorn Manor does not require their couples to hire an outside day-of coordinator for their wedding day. Melhorn Manor includes day-of coordination in the wedding package at no additional cost! Melhorn staff is onsite from the beginning of the 12-hour rental to open the venue and greet the couple and all vendors as they arrive. Melhorn staff is also present to answer any questions during setup from the couple, the people they appoint to do the decorating, and the caterers so the couple can enjoy their special day without interruptions. Melhorn Manor provides at least two staff members for the entire event beginning one hour prior to the ceremony start time to the end of the cleanup. Melhorn staff will coordinate the ceremony and manage the day-of timeline to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible!

No, there is no additional fee to hold your ceremony rehearsal at Melhorn Manor. A 1-hour ceremony rehearsal coordinated by one of Melhorn Manor staff members is included in the wedding package.
