- 14 hours total on the wedding day. 12 hours for set up, ceremony, cocktail hour , and reception. 2 hours at the end of the reception to clean up. Day-of timelines are customized. Receptions must end no later than 11:00 pm.
- Exclusive use of the entire property including all buildings, spaces and outdoor areas.
- Venue Coordination AND Wedding Coordination for day-of, Jess and Allory Melhorn coordinate every wedding beginning at the time a date is booked until the end of the reception on the wedding day. In addition, there are 3-4 Melhorn Manor staff members assisting on the wedding day.
- All tables and chairs needed for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are set up by Melhorn Manor Staff.
- Two completely separate spacious suites for wedding parties to get ready on the wedding day.
- Climate controlled indoor options for ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions.
- Yard Games (2 Cole Hole, 1 Ladder Ball, 1 Kan Jam)
